Empieza el otoño

y se nos caen las hojas y las temperaturas (algunas noches, mínimas de 4 grados). Lo que no sabeis es que estamos así desde comienzos de Septiembre, no es haya venido esto ahora de golpe.

Por cierto y no es por hacer propaganda, pero un buen remedio para estos frios que descubrí en mis tiempos Grenoblenses:

Se fabrica según una antigua receta de monjes en un monasterio de Voiron (cerca de Grenoble) en la cordillera de la Chartreuse. Por lo visto todos los monjes se aburrían y los que no fabricaban licores hacian cerveza (conoceis “Paulaner”?). La receta es secreta y de ella forman parte unas ¡ 130 plantas diferentes ! Además de dar calor es muy sano, que lo sepais. Yo lo recomiendo solo con hielo, o también con un gran vaso de leche con cola cao !
